Club Meetings

About Our Club
 
The City of Wyndham is approximately 30 minutes drive from Melbourne's CBD. The Rotary Club of Werribee is one of five clubs located in the city. We meet every Tuesday. The meeting commences at 6:45pm and concludes at 8pm. Our normal venue is the Italian Sports Club at 601 Heaths Rd, Werribee. Occasionally we meet at an alternative venue depending on the type of meeting being held.
 
The main items on each meeting agenda are as follows:
  1. President welcomes everyone and introduces any guests including the evening's speaker.
  2. Club members make any announcements that their colleagues need to be aware of. This normally relates to information or updates about club projects.
  3. Dinner and fellowship.
  4. Guest speaker.
  5. A light-hearted session, conducted by the Sergeant-At-Arms who will issue a gold-coin fine against any member for any minor misdemeanors or humorous actions they have been involved in.
  6. President thanks everyone for attending and closes the meeting.
