Next Tuesday night we are expecting up to 100 people for our Beyond Blue Cup meeting. Players from the competing teams will be in attendance.
We will be holding a Q&A panel session around mental health issues.
Peter Sandlant is still looking for three volunteers from about 2.00pm on Sat 10/8 at the game.

Cathy Booth - Umoja Project Kenya
Cathy from Bundaberg Sunrise Rotary, was joined by Nola Brimley from Laverton Rotary Club.
Cathy spoke passionately about a project she commenced in Ukunda, Kenya in 2010. Ukunda is 2 hours from Mombassa in the east, and close to the Somalia border. The property is 15 acres.
She has started a self sustaining childrens village, to look after abandoned and orphaned children. The project is registered by RAWCS, so is supervised, and donations are tax deductible.
130 volunteers have visited the oroject from Australian Rotary Clubs since 2010, to work on the project. Most people in Ukunda village, have never had any form of education.
Conoco Science Experience
Indigo was the recipient of a three day scholarship to the Conoco Science Experience. It is a three day seminar at Swinburne University for year 10 students.
The program is designed to provide students who have an interest in science to engage in a wide range of activities, under the guidance of scientists.
Indigo showed a powerpoint of his three days.
